| 13/10/03 : Sloo is born again website | |
I've given sloo a bit of a makeover to bring a bit more life into the site and to make it easier for me to control whilst we're roving around Bali and the rest of Australia.
For those that care, I've basically added a WYSIWYG editor for the content (means text can be edited like using word). I've also added a few image functions to crop and shrink the file size of images I upload. This will make it easy for me to fire my digital camera pics onto the web without the worry of them being huge file sizes. All this work might even prompt a few more updates!

Five pictures of the Southern Right Whale we saw on our trip down to Augusta. She was with her newborn calf, a fraction of the mothers size at well over a tonne.

| 07/7/03 : Whale shark pictures online | |
I've just put up three of the pictures from our Ningaloo Reef whale shark encounter. They are a tad murky because of the coral spawn in the water at the time. We had a chance to get some better pictures during our second dive with the shark but we didn't take the camera in the water because it was a bit awkward to swim and hold. We were in water that was around 30 metres deep just off the western edge of the Reef. We did have wetsuits on but these were mainly to protect us from jellyfish stings rather than the cold.

SHOCK HORROR, 5 new pictures have gone online(at last) I have a lot here but it all takes time and I'm very busy at the mo. These ones are of our trip up North to Monkey Mia & Coral Bay. We had a fantastic time, swimming with whale sharks, normal sharks, catching sharks, eating sharks! If it was anything to do with sharks, we did it!
Did i mention we went to Shark Bay!
